Ward was last seen wearing a pink tank top, blue jeans and blue and white Nike gym shoes carrying a blue sack pack style bag. She suffers from cerebral palsy and walks with a significant limp. Police also say Ward has a speech impediment and may be unable to communicate.
She is 5 feet tall, weighs 155 pounds and has brown eyes and hair. Ward frequents the area near 84th and Elizabeth Street, authorities say.
