TEAMiFIT in Chicago has organized an event to teach anyone who show up a hip hop routine.
Fitness and dance instructor Susanna Kalnes, who is also an area promotions director for Powder Blue Productions (www.powderblueproductions.com), and Amy Leffel, owner of TEAMiFIT, were in our ABC7 studio to talk about the dance event and to teach Mark and Stacey a quick hip hop dance routine.
