There have been seven reports of injuries, including five reports of children requiring surgical glue or stitches.
About 208,000 toys have been recalled in the United States and 2,800 recalled in Canada.
The toys were manufactured in Mexico and sold at retail stores nationwide from June 2009 through July 2011.
