August 4, 2011 (CHICAGO) --
A 29-year-old southwest suburban man was killed in an early morning crash Thursday. The man's car hit a dump truck around 4 a.m. in the northbound lanes of I-55 near Central Avenue. Illinois State Police have not said what led to the crash.
Traffic on the Stevenson was backed up for hours as investigators worked the scene.
