Woman beaten, robbed in Lakeview

August 4, 2011 (CHICAGO)

Police say a man approached her near Belmont and Broadway and said he was looking for a family member around 2:30 a.m. He persuaded her to let him into her apartment building, police said. Once inside, he attacked, police said, beating the woman and robbing her.
