- 4 oz. 85% cacao Godiva chocolate (1 ½ Tablets)
- 5 large egg whites
- 6 TBS Sugar
- 3 TBS Pastry flour
Melt the chocolate
Whip the egg whites to a soft peak Add the sugar
Add the pastry flour
when mixed incorporate the melted chocolate
Pour the batter in a 8' flixpan
Microwave for 2 min
Re-microwave for 2 min
Demold
Cello wrap the cake
Freeze it
- Glaze
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 TBS agave syrup
- 1 cup Godiva 72 % cacao chocolate (1 ¾ Tablets)
- Pinch salt
Place the ingredients in a microwavable dish
Microwave on low power for 2 min
Stir
Let it cool before glazing the cake
