It happened about 9:20 a.m. at the Chicago Community Bank at 52 E. Lake St.
Investigators say a man approached a teller, pulled a handgun, then announced the robbery.
Investigators have released a photo. They say the man was last seen walking east on Lake Street.
No one was hurt.
