Eduardo Franco pleaded guilty to the attack that happened in July of 2009. He reportedly attacked the victim from behind while she was talking on her cell phone and sexually assaulted her.
After Franco ran off, a Good Samaritan assisted the woman who ran down the street for help. Police were able to track Franco down after performing DNA testing on a bite mark he left on the woman.
