The nest is only five-and-a-half feet in diameter. It is constructed from 1,800 feet of bungee cord and steel twigs as part of Nat Geo WILD's "Live Like an Animal" television series.
The challenge is for the show's hosts to spend 24 hours in the nest. The interior room is just three feet across. The goal is to see if they can survive like hummingbirds.
"Live Like an Animal" will air next year on Nat Geo WILD.
