The chase began after he allegedly "rammed" a marked police vehicle and drove away when police attempted to make a traffic stop.
The suspect got onto the nearby Eisenhower Expressway and proceeded east to Cicero Avenue, where police stopped the vehicle and used a stun gun to subdue him.
