Does chocolate lower your risk of heart disease?

This link isn't new but in this analysis of recent studies, researchers found that those who eat the most chocolate on a regular basis reduce their relative risk for heart disease by one-third.

But scientists say this is no license to down chocolate bars, ice cream and cookies -- that will only pack on pounds and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.
