The picture was found on a laptop computer the man allegedly took from a home in the western suburb sometime between August 19 and August 22.
Investigators recovered the laptop from an electronics store on Cermak Road in Cicero.
While checking the laptop for clues, police discovered the photo.
Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to call the police
