Twenty-two-year-old Eduardo Guillen-Tellez was found stabbed outside of a home Monday night in the 1300-block of North Ports O'Call in Palatine.
ABC7's news partner The Daily Herald says investigators believe Guillen-Tellez may have been stabbed over a disagreement about money owed for a broken television set.
Police say a 29-year-old suspect is in custody but no charges have been filed.
