Police say a Patricia Dalton, 63, was trying to back out of her drive way, when her gas pedal got stuck. That caused her to reverse at a high speed into her neighbor's house.
Zachary Isenberg, 28, lived in the home. He was founded pinned underneath the car and pronounced dead at the scene. Neither the driver nor her passenger was injured in the crash.
"It was through no intention of anybody's actions, you know, it was a pure freak thing. I've never seen anything like that. It's just unfortunate it had to be, end up that way," said Michael Crawford, Dalton's son.
Fire crews say as they were inspecting the home for any other victims, they discovered 13 half grown marijuana plants. Isenberg's roommate Thomas Micucci, 27, has been charged with illegal possession of a firearm by a felon and production of marijuana.
