The open-air celebration offers German food, Berghoff's private-label Oktoberfest beer, and Bavarian polka performances by the Johnny Wagner Band. Carlyn Berghoff shares the recipe for the Berghoff's all-time most popular dessert, Apple Strudel.

The Berghoff will attempt to break the Midwest record for the longest brat and unveil a 45 foot brat on Thursday, September 15, between 3-4 pm. Bites of the brat will be sold as a fundraiser for Mercy Home for Boys & Girls.
