The accident happened Friday afternoon in unincorporated Matteson, south of Chicago.
Investigators say the 19- month-old girl's cousin accidentally ran her over while moving a vehicle in the driveway.
Police say the cousin didn't see the toddler.
No charges are expected to be filed.
