Runners don kilts to support police charities

The band wore kilts, and so did some of the runners at Sunday's Police Memorial Kilt Run.

Hundreds of runners took part in the three-kilometer 'fun run' in Norwood Park.

In addition to making kilts an acceptable fashion statement for runners, the event raises money for various police charities.

After the race, there was a Celtic celebration featuring music and kids' games.
