The First Ladies Health Day, on Sunday, September 25th, will provide FREE life-saving health screenings for blood pressure, diabetes, migraines, depression and HIV/AIDS.
Health care workers will be on-site at dozens of churches throughout Chicago. In addition, Chicago firefighters will be on-hand at several churches to demonstrate CPR techniques.
Last year, health screenings were provided to over 3,000 people.
