From now until October 10th, the same people who bring Chicago's Christkindlmarket to Daley Plaza, are hosting the first ever Oktoberfest at Navy Pier. Tents will feature blue and white draping, traditional 7 ft long Bavarian-style tables and benches, waiters and waitresses in lederhosen and dirndls and lots of German music. For that special touch, guests can reserve a private table or "stammtisch" to entertain business clients or friends and family.
