Agency seeks to suspend Blago's law license

Blagojevich's legal team has until October 11 to respond to the request from the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission. Blagojevich has not been a practicing attorney since before joining congress in 1997.

U.S. District Judge James Zagel has postponed sentencing Blagojevich after he was convicted in June on 17 corruption charges, including trying to sell or trade the U.S. Senate seat formerly held by President Barack Obama.
