Baked Macaroni and Cheese

November 20, 2011 (CHICAGO)

1/2 box Elbow Macaroni
1/2 brick Colby Jack Cheese
1/2 brick Sharp Cheddar
1/2 brick Extra Sharp Cheddar
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
one-quarter cup Margarine
5-8 slices Beef Bacon
1 dash Salt
2 tsps Pepper

Directions: Boil elbow macaroni until tender, then strain and rinse. Shred all cheeses with grater in separate bowl. Stir/ beat eggs in a separate bowl. Add salt and pepper to eggs. Pour elbow macaroni into baking dish. Add milk. Add eggs. Add margarine. Add cheese. Cook in oven at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. On stove top, fry beef bacon. Add partially-fried bacon to cooked macaroni. Put back in the oven until bacon is crispy and macaroni is golden.
