A special holy celebration was under way Sunday night. Hundreds of Catholics from parishes across the area filled Holy Name Cathedral for the 25th annual Archdiocesan Posada.

They were there for the re-enactment of Mary and Joseph's journey to Bethlehem and their search for shelter.

This year's posada is themed: "Following the footsteps of Joseph and Mary we walk with our youth; proud of the past and building the future."

Participants were part of a procession around the city which ended with the breaking of pinatas in the cathedral's parking lot.
