Police say Rene Rico, 28, was driving in a parking lot when he struck two men and a woman. Their injuries were not life threatening.
Rico refused a police order to get out of his car, then fought with police when they tried to get him out. He's been charged with aggravated DUI and resisting arrest. He's being held on $200,000 bond.
