Dolton teen cited with DUI in Far South Side crash

A teenager has been cited with drunk driving in connection with a crash Tuesday night that involved a Chicago fire truck.

Ten people, including three children and four firefighters, were hurt when the engine collided with a car at Halsted and 128th Place.

Christopher Caston, 18, of Dolton, is cited with driving under the influence, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, and driving with no proof of insurance.

One adult remains hospitalized in serious condition. The firefighters and the children were all treated and released.
