The mother of Alexander Kartzmark, 21, tells ABC7 Chicago he has been found. The man went missing Wednesday, February 1. Police say he walked away from Margaret Manor Nursing Home in the 900-block of West Cullom.
Kartzmark is bipolar and suffers from depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. It was believed he might have tried to travel by bus or train to the state of Oregon.
