Exercising in pregnancy is not only good for the mother but safe for the baby.

A new study finds exercising at moderate or, for very active women, even high intensity during pregnancy won't hurt the baby's health.

The study is published in Obstetrics and Gynecology. It is in line with government recommendations that healthy pregnant women get at least 2 1/2 hours of medium intensity aerobic exercise a week.
