Mayor heckled over mental health cuts

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel was faced with hecklers who oppose the shut down of some mental health clinics.

It happened at a birthday celebration for the city.

The mayor left immediately.

The protestors are upset about the city plans to close six of 12 mental health centers.

By some estimates that could cause a huge increase in patient loads at some clinics.

A city spokesperson said the city will be able to deliver better services at lower cost.
