Soccer ball travels from Japan to Alaska

A soccer ball makes an incredible journey.

It seems to have spent the past year floating across the Pacific Ocean. The ball was recently found on a remote beach in Alaska. It came from a Japanese town three thousand miles away, which was devastated by last year's tsunami.

The ball is marked with the name of a school and a 16-year-old student. It will soon be returned to its owner.
