A Kansas man is once again putting one foot in front of the other thanks to the world's newest bionic technology.

Ignacio Guerrero lost his left leg below the knee to diabetes.

After six years of using a wheelchair he now has a prosthetic foot controlled by a microprocessor.

The new foot gives him the stability to move gracefully and has restored his independence.

The prosthetic foot costs between $15,000 and $20,000.
