All 40 singer/dancers, 13 combo members, and 6 support crew members participate in at least one performing ensemble at Manteno High School. This year's Magic show is entitled "Something to Believe In", featuring the songs "Through the Fire and Flames" (with soloist Logan Bertrand), "Kyrie", "I Believe/Belief" (with soloist Natalie Gonzalez), "Believe", "Over the Mountain", and "In My Dreams". This past season, Magic earned many awards including Best Vocals and Best Choreography at different competitions. This year, Magic placed 3rd-Runner Up at the "Crete-Monee Spectacular", 2nd Runner-up at the "Danville Midwest Classic", 4th Runner-up at the "Chicagoland Showcase", 1st Runner-up at the "Watseka Invitational", and won overall Grand Champion at this year's "Herscher Swing and Sing". Every year, Magic has the privilege of hosting their own competition, "The Main Event", which will be held on February 9/10, 2013.
