Cadillac will offer a free concierge service for the new info-tainment system that debuts on the new 2012 Cadillac XTS luxury sedan. The system includes in-car entertainment, navigation and communication tools.
GM is also hiring specialists to work with Cadillac dealers and will even go to customers' homes or businesses to help them navigate the high-tech system.
