Fallen CPD officers remembered

May 20, 2012 (CHICAGO) The 11th annual Cook County Peace Officers Ceremony of Recognition and Remembrance was held at the Cermak Woods Forest Preserve.

Among those remembered was Chicago Police Officer Clifton Lewis, who was killed in December while working a second job at a convenience store.

"Today is an honor for me, as well as the rest of our family, that he was able to serve as one of Chicago's finest," Latrice Tucker, Lewis' fiancee, said.

Two suspects have been arrested in the murder of Officer Lewis. A reward is being offered for information leading to more arrests.
