Thomas Childs, 69, was found dead in his home on 144th Court near Vincennes just after midnight. Two other men also suffered gunshot wounds and were taken to a hospital.
The medical examiner's office confirms Childs had been shot several times. Police say all three were shot during that card game and robbery was the motive.
No suspects are in custody.
