PSA test advice sparks debate

On Tuesday, a U.S. advisory panel said routine PSA screening provides no health benefit for healthy men and does more harm than good. But that recommendation has been met with much debate.

There's also concerns that some insurance companies will cut off coverage of the PSA test having a major impact on those who can't afford to pay for it.

Some doctors say high-risk populations, such as older African American and Hispanic men, should be screened.
