Former Illinois Gov. Jim Edgar is leading a group of 40 politicians and others from around the state trying to get Illinois to work together better.

Edgar says the problem has become worse in the past decade and he says it's costing the state money.

That's why he's formed the new Edgar Fellows Initiative at the University of Illinois.

The group will meet in a training session and have follow-ups on key issues.
