A Kentucky woman has been charged with criminal abuse and wanton endangerment after she allegedly left 19 children at home alone while she was in Chicago.Jackie Farah, 32, is the mother of some of the children.
Police found the children, ranging in ages from 8 months to 14 years old, Monday night at a home in Bowling Green.
Officers say the air conditioning at the house was not working and there was no food.
Police want to question others in the case.
