Sandra Castro, co-founder of the Festival Cubano, and Jamie Alvarez, owner or Taste of Cuba Café, came into our ABC7 studio kitchen to tell us all about the festival and to show us how to make the Cuban Dish "Medianoche."
Festival organizers have partnered up with the Chicago Cuban Project (www.chicagocubaproject.org/about) to document the stories of Cubans in Chicago.
