13 arrests on first day of Lollapalooza

Among the charges was possession of a controlled substance, criminal damage to property, resisting arrest, ticket scalping and fence-jumping.

In addition, a man was stabbed in the chest near the festival at Adams and Michigan.

It's not clear if the incident was related to the festival.

The victim is in stable condition.
