Some west suburban parents helped police catch a man who was allegedly trying to lure their young daughter. Eric Pence turned himself into Wheaton police earlier this month.
The 19-year-old man is charged with child pornography and luring a minor.
Police arrested Pence after the parents of a 12-year-old girl complained to them about him.
