Convicted killer Robert Lee to be released

September 21, 2012 (BLOOMINGTON, Ind.)

Robert Lee is scheduled to be released Saturday in Bloomington. He was convicted of killing 31-year-old Ellen Marks in September of 1986.

State officials are still looking for a place for him to live. Lee was given credit for so-called "good time," which cut his 60 year sentence in half. Plus he had an additional four years cut for completing vocational courses.
