Police say the brawl started inside of the club at the 100 block of West Ontario.
Fighting spilled out to the street.
Police say two people involved got in a red Honda Accord and ran over two men.
Both victims were taken to Northwestern Hospital, where officials say one is in critical condition, the other is listed as stable.
Police say no one is in custody Sunday afternoon.
