Bartender beating civil trial deliberations on hold until Tuesday

Anthony Abbate was caught on video beating a bartender half his size. Karolina Obrycka is suing Abbate and the City of Chicago, alleging police tried to cover up the 2007 attack.

Abbate was found guilty on criminal charges and sentenced to probation.
