Woman sues over open house jewelry theft

Lena Katamanin claims Midwest Realty Ventures had sole control of her home when the jewels were taken from her closet in April 2012.

. She charges that the company's and an agent's careless acts led to theft.

ABC7 News was unable to reach Midwest Realty Ventures for a comment.
