The Chicago Police Department is showing off some of their new squad cars made in the city.

The new Ford Interceptors are part of the city's $15 million order for 500 police cars and SUV's.

There are 51 in this batch.

The new marked and unmarked cars have all-wheel drive and increased fuel efficiency.

The cars were all manufactured at Ford's Torrance Avenue plant on the South Side.
