Chef Tiffany's Recipe: Sweet Whimsy's Chocolate S'more Brownie
1 1/3 cups butter, melted
4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
6 eggs
2 cups flour
1 1/3 cups cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chunks
Graham cracker crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4lb butter, melted

Meringue topping:
6 egg whites, room temp
1 1/2c super fine sugar
1 pinch cream of tarter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into bottom of the pan.

For brownies: Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and set aside.
Mix melted butter, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs mixing between each addition.
Add dry ingredients mix until combine.
Fold in chocolate chunks.
Spoon over graham cracker crust and spread.
Bake about 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into middle.

Meringue topping:
Combine all ingredients in clean mixing bowl and beat, starting slow and gradually speeding up.
Beat to stiff peaks.
Pipe meringue onto cooled and cut brownie.
Brown top of meringue with a torch or under broiler.
