Fight over poisoned lottery winner's estate

April 29, 2013 (CHICAGO)

The sister of Urooj Khan filed an emergency motion in Cook County probate court Monday.

Khan's siblings are disputing a deal he allegedly signed leaving his share of several dry cleaning stores to his wife. They argue the business assets should be divided as part of his estate.

Khan died last July of cyanide poisoning after winning a $1 million lottery jackpot.
