Kira Mammoser,11, is battling a very rare disease. She loves animals and can't leave Advocate Children's Hospital, where she's being treated, in Park Ridge. So, members of the Chicago Police Department's mounted unit brought their horses to her.
Mammoser's father is a police officer.
Everybody seems to have a great time.
