Officials say 28-year-old Oleskiewicz, of Orland Park, was sitting in the bleachers Sunday around 12:55 p.m. with her brother when she began choking.
Oleskiewicz fell to the floor and went into cardiac arrest, despite resuscitation efforts. Ballpark staff and onsite EMTs responded and transported her to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
Oleskiewicz died on Tuesday after being kept on life support so that her organs could be donated.
