Chinatown celebrates debut of boat house

One part of it will be used for kayak and canoe storage, the other will house restrooms and a vending space.

Mayor Rahm Emanuel was there for the ribbon cutting.

The unveiling coincides with the Shall We Gather at the River festival at the park.
