Hyatt workers have been calling on the hotel to reform labor abuses and add a hotel worker to its board of directors.
The hotel has called the workers' union's allegations "publicity stunts."
Businesswoman and Hyatt heiress Penny Pritzker is expected to remain on the board until she's confirmed as United States Commerce Secretary.
